Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your order. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving it, with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of mind
Because many of our items are gifts and consumables, we are generally unable to accept change-of-mind returns, so please choose carefully.
Digital downloads
Digital download products are non-refundable once the files have been delivered, except where required by law.
Market stall purchases
Purchases made at a physical market stall are final unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for major faults.
