Welcome to Positive Perspectives. These terms apply to your use of mypositiveperspectives.com.au (the "Site") and any order you place with us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who we are. Positive Perspectives is an Australian small business selling mindfulness and self-care gift boxes, care packages and related products. You can reach us any time at . [Registered name: [REGISTERED NAME], ABN [ABN].]
Products and pricing. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We do our best to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight variations in colour, packaging and contents can occur — especially for handmade and seasonal items. We may update prices, products and availability at any time.
Orders. When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred), we'll let you know and provide a full refund. Some items may be offered on a pre-order basis; where that's the case it will be noted on the product, along with the expected dispatch timing.
Payment. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. We don't store your full card details.
Delivery. Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery.
A note on wellbeing. Our products are designed to support everyday self-care, comfort and positivity. They are not a medical device or treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or mental-health advice. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Subject to those rights, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited, at our option, to replacing the product or refunding its price.
Intellectual property. The content on this Site — including our logo, text, images and designs — belongs to Positive Perspectives and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
