Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide and to selected countries overseas, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Orders are carefully packed and usually dispatched within a few business days; during busy periods please allow a little extra time. Delivery times then vary depending on your location and the postal service. You'll receive tracking details where available once your order is on its way.

International orders may incur import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your country's customs authority. These aren't included in our prices or shipping costs and are payable on delivery. Free local pickup may be available — select it at checkout if offered. Digital downloads are delivered by email or download link and are not physically shipped.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout; we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed in transit, get in touch at Contact@mypositiveperspectives.com.au and we'll help track it down.
