Shipping
We post Australia-wide, with shipping calculated at checkout. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within a few business days. During busy periods please allow a little extra time. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the postal service, and once your order is with the carrier, timeframes are outside our control.
Digital downloads
Digital products are delivered by email or download link and are not physically shipped.
Returns and refunds
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 business days for a replacement or refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
