My Positive Perspectives wants everyone to be able to shop with us, including people with disability. We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we keep working on improvements such as descriptive link text, image alternative text, colour contrast, heading structure and keyboard-friendly navigation.
What we know needs work
- Some images on our homepage have alternative text that repeats the text beside them, which can be repetitive for screen reader users.
- Some content comes from other services, such as our email sign-up pop-up, customer videos and social media posts, and the Shopify checkout. We can't fully control how accessible these are, and some videos may not have captions.
Our most recent automated check (Google Lighthouse, November 2026) scored our homepage 99 out of 100 for accessibility and our Build Your Own Box page 100 out of 100. Automated tools can't find every issue, so we also welcome your feedback.
