My Positive Perspectives sells curated gift boxes and related products designed to promote positivity and wellbeing. Product images are illustrative; actual colours and contents may vary. All orders are subject to stock availability, and we reserve the right to cancel an order with a refund where necessary.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on the postal service, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged items may be returned within seven (7) business days of receipt for a refund. If a shipment is lost, please contact us promptly so we can arrange a solution.

Market Stall Purchases

All purchases made at a physical market stall are final unless the product can be shown to be faulty or damaged.

Subscriptions

Where applicable, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled before the next billing date. Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, though refunds apply for faulty items under the Australian Consumer Law.
